Eucalyptus Citriodora

Eucalyptus Citriodora

Eucalyptus citriodora

The Aboriginals of Australia used the leaves of Eucalyptus citriodora to clear air and ward off fever. In World War I, the oil was used as medicine during a meningitis outbreak, and for over 100 years was used as a remedy for sinus congestion.*

Also known as Lemon Eucalyptus, this variety is a highly effective natural insect repellent, excellent for use instead of products containing DEET. Often preferred over citronella oil due to its citronellal and citronellol content.*
